Ernest L. “Chip” Beaton IV prosecutes and defends complex commercial matters involving commercial contracts, sale of goods, product liability, pre-engineered metal building design, steam boiler design and construction, and other construction related litigation in various state and federal courts both within and outside of Georgia. Chip is admitted to practice and appears in the state and federal courts of Georgia and has appeared by admission pro hac vice in federal court in Kansas. He has successfully obtained summary judgments in state courts in numerous product liability and construction cases.
Chip graduated cum laude from the University Of Georgia School Of Law in 2008, where he served as Articles Editor for the Journal of International and Comparative Law. Chip is originally from Amelia Island, Florida and resides in the Brookhaven community of Atlanta.
