Neil Morrisroe is the founding partner of McLain & Merritt's real estate practice. During more than 25 years of practicing real estate law in the Atlanta area, Mr. Morrisroe has represented developers and lenders in all phases of multi-family residential development. His practice includes the counseling of clients in all mixed-use developments, including the preperation of restrictive covenants, condominium declarations, easement agreements, cost sharing agreements, and land assemblages. Mr. Morrisroe manages the firm's real estate closing department, and his experience includes numerous Section 1031 exchange transactions, as well as the negotiation and closing of acquisitions/development, land, construction and permanent commercial and residential loans.
